PEORIA - A fatal car accident Saturday morning leaves one man dead and the driver wounded.

 Fourty one year old Robert Cotelleso was riding with John Caar this morning when Caar struck a tree.
  The impact caused both men to be extricated from the vehicle.

  Both were transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center where Cotelleso was pronounced dead.

  Both Caar and Cotelleso had blood alcohol levels above the legal limit.
