PEORIA - Those red kettles will be making a comeback in a few weeks, and the Salvation Army is already looking for bell-ringers to man them.

Wednesday the Salvation Army will say thank you to its volunteers at the annual Bell-ringer Kettle Appreciation Breakfast.
