Before Rick Santorum's announcement to suspend his campaign for President, another local Pennsylvania leader announced who she is backing for President.

Tuesday, it was announced that Pennsylvania's 49th District Senator, Jane Earll is endorsing Mitt Romney for President.
Earll, a Republican, said in a statement released today:

"I am very proud to stand with Mitt Romney. When I think of the challenges both Pennsylvania and our country face in the years ahead, there is no other candidate I trust more than him," said Earll.

Romney had this to say about the endorsement, "I'm tremendously honored to earn Jane's endorsement. This continued wave of support shows that Pennsylvania voters are looking for leaders like Jane and myself that want to implement pro-growth policies..." said Romney.
