Sargent Guilty of Killing Infant Son

PEORIA - A Judge has found James Sargent, 24, guilty of killing his infant son. Benjamin Sargent, 5 months, was found dead in his car seat last February. The baby has apparently been left there for days without being moved and died of starvation and sepsis. The baby's mother, Tracey Herman, is also charged in the death. She's set to go on trial in August.
