One of two McLean County men, charged with peppering three people with bird shot last April, was sentenced Thursday to 21 years in prison. 19 year old Eddie Spice pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm. He and 22 year old Keiahty Jones were each charged with the crime. Prosecutors claim the bird shot shooting may have been in retaliation for a fight. Jones is already serving a 16 year sentence for his role in the crime.
