Quinn: Blagojevich is "Old Tomatoes"

WMBD/WYZZ/WCIA TV – ILLINOIS -- Impeached Governor Rod Blagojevich is signing off on his latest gig. Illinois former top man filled in for a local radio show this morning in Chicago. During his two hour job, Blagojevich told listeners he was robbed of his political post, and blasted Governor Quinn for a proposed tax hike.

Blagojevich said, "A tax increase on the people is the worst thing you can do, in my judgment. I ask our new governor, Governor Quinn, to keep a promise we both made when we ran as a ticket. I kept it for six years. Unfortunately, it took him less than six weeks to break that promise. “   

Meanwhile, Quinn says he's not impressed by Blagojevich’s show, calling his predecessor "old tomatoes".
