Correctional Officer Arrested

WMBD/WYZZ -PEORIA CO.- A Peoria County Correctional Officer is on unpaid administrative leave after charges are filed that he allegedly slapped a prisoner. Michael Hulse faces charges of battery and official misconduct. Hulse was investigated internally for the alleged December incident and was placed on a 30 day suspension from work. Hulse's bond is set at $15,000.
