McLean County Teen Indicted

A McLean County teen was indicted Wednesday for allegedly doing major damage to LeRoys waste water treatment plant property. 17 year old Joesph Campbell is charged with burglary, arson and criminal damage to property while a 14 year old juvenile was also arrested. A waste water employee discovered the broken windows, a truck crashed into a fence and two tractors moved. One was found in a pond and the other in the woods. LeRoy Police say damage could run as high as 100 thousand dollars. Campbell will be back in court March 13th.
