WMBD/WYZZ - Ali Al-Marri's case will be moved to a regular federal court, presumably to Peoria. The former West Peorian is suspected of being an Al Queda sleeper agent. On Friday morning the US Supreme court wiped out a lower court ruling that gave the President the authority to indefinitely detain legal US citizens accused of terrorism. Al Marri has been in a South Carolina prison for the past five plus years. No word on how quickly Al-Marri will be moved.
