LaHood Senate Hearing Scheduled for Wednesday

– Former Illinois
Congressman Ray LaHood is scheduled to have his Cabinet confirmation hearing Wednesday
afternoon. LaHood has been tapped to be
the Secretary of Transportation. His
original hearing was postponed from earlier this month due to a
"paperwork" problem. LaHood is
one of the 6 remaining Cabinet appointees that have not yet had their senate
hearing.
