The week long bench trial of a Morton teenager, charged in connection with the deaths of two Tazwell County men, ended Friday but the verdict won't be announced until next Thursday.
19 year old Daughlton Calvin chose to have a judge rather than a jury decide his fate. Calvin is charged with drug induced homicide and unlawful delivery of methadone in connection with the deaths of 22 year old Travis Whiteman of Pekin and 19 year old Cody Schillinger of Morton. Both men died last May after allegedly taking methadone.
