A former Illinois State University employee, charged with official misconduct and theft, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. Jodi Rogers Ekstam of Normal was employed as an administrative associate in the office of the Dean of Students. Authorities say the charges are related to her alleged use of a college issued credit card for personal use. Police say they received a complaint in late January from the university about alleged irregularities in credit card purchases. Ekstam is free on bond. Her next court appearance is April 26th.
