PEORIA - Winter Temperatures Are Affecting Local Businesses
Spring is here but the affects of winter are still being felt across Central Illinois.
Hoerr Nursery in Peoria is known for it's specialty trees and plants but they're far from the stock compared to last year.

Garden Center Manager, Dave Ploussard says this time last year temperatures were in the 80's and business was booming.
In fact, he says they had record sales during March of 2012.
This year he says they aren't ordering as many truck loads of plants and trees until the weather gets warmer.
Although, Hoerr does have your typical annual plants and plenty of other things to choose.
Hoerr Nursery is located at 8020 N Shade Tree Dr. in Peoria.
