Illinois House Rejects Measure on Gun Issue

The Illinois House rejected a measure which would have required a million dollars in liability insurance for people carrying concealed weapons, according to the Illinois General Assembly website. The amendment was among seven amendments on gun issues debated Tuesday by lawmakers hoping to beat court ordered June deadline for a new concealed carry law.
