Peoria Gas Prices Remain Nearly Steady

Average retail gas prices in Peoria have fallen just .3 cents per gallon in the past week, according to a survey released Monday by GasBuddy. com. Prices Sunday were 34.7 cents per gallon lower than a year ago and are 16 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan says some areas, mainly in the Great Lakes have seen volatility as refineries continue their maintenance schedules and the switch over to summer gas continues.
