Pontiac Woman Charged in Stabbing

PONTIAC- A Pontiac woman, found unresponsive at the scene of a stabbing in Pontiac, was formally charged Thursday. 52 year old Carole Raube is charged with aggravated domestic battery, two counts of aggravated battery and unlawful restraint. Bond was set at 100,000 dollars. Those charges were filed in connection with a stabbing of a 76 year old woman on North Street. Police say the victim suffered multiple puncture wounds to the head and neck. Raube is already facing a drug and theft charge in an unrelated case and is due back in court on that case in May.
