BARTONVILLE - Friday the Limestone Rockets will take to the court at Peoria's Carver Arena where they'll face the number one team in the state.
It's the biggest boys basketball game of Limestone's history, it's the first time the team has made the state finals.
The only thing bigger that this game might be Limestone's school spirit, which was exploding at the pep rally Thursday morning.
"We're so excited to go to state! Wooo!" screamed student Sam Meismer.
"I'm pumped! It's awesome just to be at a school that can get this far," said student Chase Schooley.
Rocket rowdies filled up the gym with blue and white, and plenty of cheering. Principal Jill Warren said all of the school spirit makes a huge difference.
"Your cheering, your enthusiasm, your excitement are vital to this teams success," Warren said.

Students said with the the state championship within reach, that excitement is now bigger than ever.
"Now that we've made it this far everybody jumped on the bandwagon to follow us out to see victory," said cheerleader Quinton Bailey.
Students chanted "I believe that we will win!" as a school came together hoping to bring home a first place trophy.
"It's going to be crazy! This has never been done before at Limestone so everyone's super pumped up. Kids that usually don't go to games are going to go," Bailey said.
Limestone and Morgan Park tip off at 12:15 Friday.
