Peoria Coroner Jury Rules Komastu Death Accidental

A Peoria County coroner's jury ruled Tuesday the death last August of a Komatsu worker was an accident. The ruling comes just days after OHSA cited Komatsu for the death of Stanley Musgrave Junior of Norwood. He died two days after being hurt at the Peoria facility. OSHA says a piece of equipment failed and released hydraulic fluid which struck Musgrave. Komatsu released a statement last week saying it was cooperating with OHSA.
