A Peoria Heights man, who was accused of killing his 80 year old neighbor last year over a 20 dollar debt, pleaded guilty Monday as his trial was to begin and was sentenced to 50 years in prison. 32 year old Joshua Peecher pleaded guilty to murder while other charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. Police claim Peecher killed 80 year old Billy Price with a hammer. Police say after the killing, Peecher took Price's car which was later found in Peoria. Peecher won't be eligible for release until he is 80 years old.
