It was all part of the Junior League of Peoria's biggest fundraiser.
The event is called Frolic with the Fairies, and people can come to one of three teas throughout the day.
Organizer Kendra Sipes said it's also a day for mothers and their daughters to come shop, take pictures and have fun.
"It's just something we started five years ago, it just started as a small tea for 50 girls, at the Junior League house and it's grown every year. This year we're seating close to 1,200 people," Sipes said.
Sipes said the Junior League hoped to raise $15,000, which will help fund community projects like the Peoria Play House Children's Museum.
