Komatsu Faces Fines in August Worker Death

PEORIA - OSHA is citing Komatsu after a worker died from injuries he suffered on the job last August.
Stanley Musgrave, Jr., of Northwood, died August 24th - two days after being injured during his shift at Komatsu's Peoria facility. OSHA says a piece of equipment failed and released hydraulic fluid which struck Musgrave.
Komatsu is being cited with four violations. Two of them are things Komatsu has been cited with before.
The company could be fined up to $82,000.
