By: Bob Larson
Updated: March 6, 2013

A bill to allow the use of marijuana in Illinois for medical purposes passed the Illinois House Human Services Committee Wednesday and is scheduled for a second reading in the Illinois House. The measure would allow patients over 18 diagnosed with certain illnesses to obtain marijuana.
