Hand Held Cell Phone Ban Moves Closer to Passage

A bill to ban drivers from using hand held cellphones in Illinois, which has already passed the Illinois House, was referred Tuesday to an Illinois Senate committee. Illinois already bans texting while driving and several communities resstrict hand held devices while driving.
