Former Tazewell County Deputy Sentenced

A former Tazewell County deputy, charged with violating an order of protection entered a negotiated plea of guiltyTuesday and was sentenced. According to court officials, 40 year old David Hahn was fined $440 for the misdemeanor. He was accused of texting a woman within a day after she obtained a protection order last August that barred him from any contact with her.
