The last of two Peoria men, suspected in several armed robberies in Tazewell County, was sentenced Monday to 16 and a half years in prison. 18 year old Daryl McGowan pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of armed robbery and one count of home invasion, according to prosecutors.
His co defendant, Cody Talley received the same sentence several days ago. Both men were charged with armed robbery and home invasion in three separate cases. The pair's arrest came after police investigated holdups at gas stations in Pekin, Creve Coeur and East Peoria last fall, including a home invasion in Pekin.
