Gas Prices in Peoria Fall Last Week

Average retail gas prices in Peoria have fallen 3.1 cents per gallon in the past week in the Peoria area, according to a release Monday. Prices were 17.7 cents per gallon lower than a year ago but 19.6 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan says
gas prices will likely decline in most areas east of the Rockies in the week ahead as wholesale prices have given up ground.
