Mitsubishi Motors Reports 27.8 Percent Hike in Yearly Sales

Mitsubishi Motors reported Friday its year over year car sales increased 27.8 percent in February.The 6051 units sold marked Mitsubishi's largest monthly sales total since March 2012.
Outlander Sport sales were 1644 for the month, an increase of almost 20 percent compared to a
year ago. Sales of the CUV, now manufactured in Normal, showed an increase versus the prior year for the sixth consecutive month. Other highlights included Lancer sales were up 89 percent while sales of the Outlander were up 92 percent for February.
