PEORIA-- The Central Illinois Recreational Show Kicks Off This Weekend At The Peoria Civic Center
The Central Illinois Recreational Show is underway at the Peoria Civic Center this weekend and even though gas prices continue to rise some aren't letting it affect their vacation plans.
"The RV life style is a great way to spend time with your family" says John Dresselhaus.
He says his family takes a vacation every year and gas prices won't change that.
Others have RV-trailers they pull behind their trucks and say they save some money on gas.
The Recreational Show will run all weekend long at the Peoria Civic Center.
The event is open Saturday from 10-7 and Sunday from 11-4.
Admission for adults is 8$, kids 6-12 for 2$ and under 5 for free.
