Hand Held Cellphone Bill Set for Final Vote

A bill to ban drivers from using hand held cellphones in Illinois passed its second reading Wednesday and is set for a final vote in the Illinois House. Illinois already bans texting while driving and several
communities restrict hand held devices while driving.
