Peorian Indicted For City's First Homicide of 2013

A Peoria man was indicted Tuesday for the city's first homicide of the year. 30 yeaer old Matthew
Malcolm is facing four counts of murder for the shooting death of his wife, Heather. She was found shot in the head inside their home on a couch on East Nebraska earlier this month. Authorities say
the pair had argued prior to the fatal shooting. Malcolm, whose being held on two million dollar bond,
will appear in court Thursday.
