Easter Seals hosted their ninth annual Black and Blue Ball at the Peoria Civic Center
It's considered one of their biggest fundraising events.
The ball is named after the evening's dress attire.
Guys got to wear blue jeans and black sports coats, ladies in dresses.
Campaign VIP, Mark Scott, said, "It is kind of one of those events where you come in and everybody looks forward to it. It is just a fun, fun event. It is not that stuffy black tie as normal, but half of it is black tie with the Black and Blue Ball.
They hope to raise over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars at the event.
Be sure to tune in to WMBD 31 March 2nd for the 2013 Easter Seals Telethon.
