Winter Storm Gets Some Kids Out Of School To Play In The Snow

PEORIA-- After Last Night's Winter Storm, Some Kids Were Out Of School Enjoying The Snow Day.
The winter storm that brought several inches of snow to are is now well off to the east.
Some schools in Fulton County were let out today. kids in Lewistown were enjoying the day off by playing in the snow making snowmen and igloos.
One family got creative and instead of finding a hill to sled on, they made their own out of a handicap ramp.
"We got up this morning and started shoveling snow onto the ramp" says Ryan Neteler.

Neteler and his 2 kids spent the day throwing snowballs at each other and sliding down the makeshift ramp.
