A Bloomington driver, whose car crashed into a Subway restaurant over the weekend, was
formally charged Wednesday with aggravated DUI. 30 year old Dozie Faust is also facing
several traffic tickets including improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed, not wearing a
seat belt, no valid drivers license, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Police say Faust drove
his van through the back of the building early Saturday morning. Faust is back in court March 8th.
