BLOOMINGTON- The Subway on South Main Street is still closed after a driver smashed through it this weekend.
Police arrested 30 year old Dozie Faust Saturday.
The Bloomington man is charged with multiple crimes including aggravated DUI, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failing to reduce speed.
Police say he's never had a driver's license, and didn't have a seat belt on.
Meantime, the restaurant continues to draw many customers, unaware of Saturday's crash.
A sign outside says the shop will remain closed till further notice.
Faust drove his van through the back of the building just after six am.
No one else got hurt.
