Coalition to Bring Substance Abuse Awareness

Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll is working to form a coalition aimed at educating the community about substance abuse and its effects. Ingersoll is working with the Illinois national Guard, which is helping to form 40 coalitions around the state.
