Man Killed in Single Vehicle Accident

One man is dead after a single vehicle accident late Thursday night.
The crash happened when a 39-year-old man from McLean County left the roadway for an unknown reason.
His pick-up truck collided with a tree at 102 North Highway in downs.
Police say the man was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead on the scene at 11:30 Thursday night.
His identity will be released sometime Friday.
An autopsy is pending.
