State Police Conducting Operation Campus/Tap

Illinois State Police announced Tuesday troopers and special agents will conduct Operation
Campus/Tap details in Peoria and Tazewell Counties during March. The purpose of this operation
is to reduce and deter underage drinking in Illinois. The goal is to prevent, detect and take
enforcement action in response to violations of the laws associated with impaired driving, the sale
of alchol to minors and the illegal consumption or possession of alcohol or drugs by minors.
