Normal Township Interested in Vacant College Recreation Center

NORMAL- A vacant fitness center once used by students at Illinois State University could soon have new life again.
The building located on the corner of Willow and Beech Street is being eyed by Normal Township.
It needs extra space for its growing senior group.
Normal Township says the building would be used for health and wellness programs.
A mini auditorium could also be installed.
Bids are due on Valentine's Day.
The building is owned by State Farm.
