Peoria's First Homicide Of 2013 Claims Life Of Woman

PEORIA--Peoria's first homicide of 2013 claims life of 31 year old woman.
Sunday, February 10 at 11:46 p.m. police were called to the 700 block of East Nebraska for a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a female victim, later identified 31 year old, Heather Malcolm dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
After Peoria Police investigations, they have arrested Matthew Malcolm, her husband, on one count of Murder and Obstructing Justice.
The case is now at the Peoria County State's Attorney's Office for review.
