Stolen School Spirit? Flags Taken From BHS

BLOOMINGTON- District 87 is trying to solve a building mystery.
Tuesday night two of its flags disappeared from Bloomington High School.
The flags fly at the front of the building.
Each displays school colors of purple and gold.
The principal believes they were likely stolen and is filing a police report.
He says this isn't the first time it's happened.
Whether it's a prank or plan vandalism, he says it's disappointing.
The flags have since been replaced with two in storage.
Meantime staff members are keeping their ears open for information leading to the disappearance.
