Peoria County Jail Inmate Indicted

A Peoria County jail inmate, already in jail charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer,
was indicted Tuesday on yet another charge. 41 year old Tony Purnell is indicted on a charge
of threatening a public official. Court records indicate Purnell allegedly threatened Judge Kouri
January 21st. Purnell will appear on the newest charge Thursday.
