Peoria Congressman Aaron Schock called on Governor Quinn Tuesday to outline a way forward
during the governor's State of the State address Wednesday. Schock says the state is mired
in debt, job loss and a budget deficit. Schock says he looks forward to hearing the governor's
proposals to address the state's nearly 9 billion dollars in unpaid bills, how to stabilize and secure
the state's public pension system and improve the state's business climate.
