New Distillery Landing in East Peoria

EAST PEORIA
- A new taste is coming to East Peoria.
The city is
making room for a new distillery. A small batch distillery will set up on
Highpoint Lane near Midwest Technical Institute.
It will be
called J.K. Williams Distilling and includes production, tasting room and sale
of local brews. The owners are from the area. And the city says it will be neat
to have a unique spot that you can only find in the East Peoria area.
The
distillery hopes to launch this fall.
