Former Unit 5 Bus Monitor Sentenced

A former Unit 5 bus monitor was sentenced Friday to 48 years in prison after pleading guilty to
three sex charges, according to a county prosecutor. 63 year old Stephen Orendorff pleaded guilty to predatory criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual assault. He was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl, who was not a Unit 5 student over a five year period. The victim was under the age of 18 at the time.
