Two Teens Arrested in Shooting Death of 16-Year-Old

BLOOMINGTON - Two teens are arrested in connection with the shooting death another teen in Bloomington last week.
Police say Larron Carroll, 17, is booked in the McLean County Jail on charges of involuntary manslaughter, obstruction of justice and possession of a stolen firearm. Carroll is a student at Normal Community High School. A sixteen-year-old was also taken into custody but released to a parent.
The arrests come after the shooting death of Kuantrae Massey, 16. Massey was found shot in his apartment last Monday. He died later that day at a local hospital.
