Across the country,
chicken wings are running low. Pottstown Meat and Deli owner Bob Barth said it's
just a matter of supply and demand. He said the drought was not good on poultry
producers and it's leaving suppliers with fewer wings to sell.
"It's more
of an issue of supply and demand with the big weekend. It's forecasted that
there is going to be 12.3 billion wings consumed with the Superbowl game."
The good
news... Barth said after the Superbowl the price of wings will go down. He said
right now one pound is selling for about $3.00.
