Knox Co. Murder Case First Case with Cameras in Court

History was made Monday in Knox County during a local murder case hearing. For the first
time, cameras and microphones were allowed in to the courtroom. WGIL Radio reports 25 year old Kai Lefler of Oneida is charged with first and second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, possession of a weapon by a felon and aggravated battery in connection with the stabbing death of 23 year old Robert Gilgore in Galesburg. A preliminary hearing was set for February 19th.
