PEORIA-- Manual Academy Receives Donations For Education
Manual Academy in Peoria has been in need of a new washer and dryer for several months.
Two local couples stepped up and purchased a brand new set for the school.
The washer and dryers at Manual are used for the life skills class for special students.
Principal Taunya Jenkins says students will be able to continue their education but with easier to use equipment.
Principal Jenkins says the new washer and dryer aren't only for the life skills class but to all students and faculty member.

She says those that aren't able to wash at home are welcome to use the one on school property.
