2013 Inauguration Cable Ratings Down Substantially

Nielsen ratings for the 2013 inauguration were down substantially from four years ago for the
big three cable news networks. 17 million people watched President Obama's address on CNN,
MSNBC and Fox in 2009, only 7 million watched this year's event.
