Oneida Man Faces 9 Felony Counts

An Oneida man now faces nine felony counts in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Galesburg
man over the weekend. WGIL Radio says 25 year old Kai Lefler appeared in court Tuesday and is charged with four counts of murder, two counts of second degree murder, and single counts of involuntary manslaughter, possession of a weapon by a felon and aggravated battery. Lefler was arrested hours after 23 year old Robert Gilgore was stabbed on Chestnut Street. A judge Tuesday appointed a public defender and set the next court hearing fror Monday.
